Our classic style brandy has evolved a bit for this year’s release. To better balance the fruit character with the oak tannins, the brandy was aged for two years in a neutral barrel with only slight French oak augmentation. This results in better balance and more fruit character. The other change is that this brandy comes from 100% fresh pressed Golden Delicious apples from Oregon’s Hood River Valley. This familiar varietal has a wonderful aroma that is amplified in the brandy.
